Chocolate Shell, 250ml Jar
Ciccone & Sons Chocolate Shell is added to our Jersey Milk Gelato during the churn to produce our Stracciatella (or Chocolate Chip) Gelato. We use the same Chocolate Shell to coat our Pokes, Choc-Tops and Petit Fours. We bottled it so you can add it to any of our gelato. We keep the additives low, so it will thicken on the shelf or in fridge between servings. It can be warmed by standing the jar in some hot water for a few minutes then mixing with a teaspoon pouring over our gelato. The chocolate will harden in a few moments and give a wonderful ‘crack’ once completely hardened.
